1.You have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
2.You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.
3.When you make your booking with Devotee Travel and Tourism, you must pay the relevant deposit as specified at the time of booking. Until we accept your booking & receive your deposit cleared, no contract will come into existence then, you’ll be issued with a confirmation invoice on behalf of us.
4.All deposits paid are non-refundable.
5.All tickets issued shall not cancel and are non-transferable.
1.At the time of boarding the bus, users shall furnish a copy of the ticket, and any valid identity proof issued by a government authority.
2.Users shall report at least prior 15 minutes to the scheduled departure time. Passengers not reporting on time will be stated as NO-SHOW and will be restricted to board and not entitled for any refund of the ticket amount anyhow.
3.Devotee Travel and Tourism reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers who are under the influence of alcohol or owing to any misconduct of behavior/ critically ill which can lead to unsafe travel.
4.The company reserves the right to cancel your trip any time during its operation if you are found to be behaving in a socially unacceptable manner or indulging in an illegal activity. In such cases no refund will be offered for the unutilized portion of the holiday and Devotee Travel and Tourism will further claim from you the costs of your return.
It shall be the sole responsibility of the User to ensure they are in possession of valid travel documents such as any identity proof, passport etc. to undertake the travel. User agrees that in case of inability to travel for not carrying valid travel documents, Devotee Travel and Tourism shall in no way be held liable.
The maximum baggage weight allowed on our tours is not to exceed 20Kg. Per passenger, only one bag can be allowed; any subsequent bags will require excess baggage charges.
1.The company is not responsible for pre-existing damage to the bag or if the damage was caused by improper packing.
2.Please note, the company cannot accept any liability for any loss of and/ or stolen luggage. The passengers are requested to take care of their luggage on their own.

Kids below the age of 2 years are not liable to buy a bus ticket. Children above them are requested to obtain a compulsory ticket at the regular ticket fares.
1.Senior citizens or people with disability will not be accepted for carriage unless they are accompanied by a person for their assistance. Such passenger must be seated next to the accompanying person. The accompanying person is solely responsible for the well-being of the senior citizen traveling together with him/her. This also includes ensuring that the seats are booked like the way that the senior citizen and an accompanying passenger are seated together.
2.The company will not be liable to provide any guided assistance to the passengers with a disability or who are not independently mobile because of any issue. Such passengers need to get their own wheelchair and a companion to assist them. Company will not be liable to any circumstances.
We inform you on prior basis that after the finalization of the tour package rates, for any hike in entrance fees, fuel cost, guide charges, and other services, you can be charged as extra. If government revises some taxes on travel services, clients are liable to pay that extra amount.
Devotee Travel and Tourism may not include meals in the price of a ticket. So, passengers should arrange for their own meals or bring their own food.
1.All the tickets/bookings issued to the customer by third party shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective travel agency and Devotee Travel and Tourism both.
2.Before booking with a third party it’s important you read their terms and conditions, because any booking made, either on their website or directly through our booking service, creates a contract between you and the relevant third-party agent. That means you need to arrange any cancellations, changes or issues directly with them.
3.While booking tickets with third party, always remember that these third-party agents are independent from us and we’re not responsible for any errors in the content on their websites.
Devotee Travel and Tourism shall not be liable to pay any refunds whatsoever in any case. Once booked your ticket, the users won’t get any refund. We are not responsible for any delay & alteration in your trip due to unavoidable circumstances, which can be anything.
Occasionally, we may have to make changes, and we reserve the right to do so at any time. Normally we will not cancel your holiday except if events occur which make it impossible to operate to an acceptable level of safety, convenience and comfort, such as natural disaster, strikes, riots or any other similar circumstances. If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements or similar, you can either have refunds of all monies paid or accept an offer of alternative travel arrangements of comparable standard from us, if available.
1.You are required to take medical clearance from your healthcare provider or doctor if any complications present.
2.The user should also carry their own medicines as per the requirement as the company shall not be liable to any circumstances.
3.We are not responsible for any damage, loss or injury made during enjoying the holiday packages provided by us. You are accountable for your own safety measures.
Children below the age of 12 will not be accepted for carriage unless they are accompanied by their parent or guardian or a person of at least 18 years of age. Such child/children must be seated next to the accompanying adult. The accompanying adult is solely responsible for the well-being of the child/children traveling together with him/her. This also includes ensuring that seats are booked to ensure child/children and an accompanying adult are seated together.
The users are strongly recommended to take out their personal travel insurance for all members of your party. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance you purchase is appropriate and adequate for your particular needs. Please read your policy details on receipt and take them with you on holiday.
All our tours operate with pre-allocated seating; you reserve the right to choose your seat at the time of booking. No seating changes or modifications under any circumstances are taken by Devotee Travel and Tourism or its carriers after the booking is done.
